All items sold by Purple Only 1 ,LLC are handmade and/or custom-crafted. Due to the nature of handmade products, slight variations may occur and are not considered defects. Orders are processed and packaged four weeks from order date unless product description says otherwise. Processing depends on current orders being printed.
2. Orders & Payment

3. Custom & Handmade Items

Custom orders are made specifically for you and cannot be changed or canceled once production has begun.

Colors, finishes, and sizing may vary slightly due to screen settings and handmade processes.
4. Shipping & Delivery

Processing times vary and are listed in the product description.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

Once an item is shipped, responsibility transfers to the customer.
5. Care & Use
Customers are responsible for proper care and use of purchased items. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow care instructions.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content belong to Purple Only 1,LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
