Processing Time
All items are handmade and/or made to order. Please allow 30 business days for processing before shipment. Processing time does not include shipping time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item weight, size, and destination. Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
All Sales Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed or shipped.
Exception – Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide clear photographic proof of the damage, including the packaging if applicable.
Claims submitted without proof or outside of the stated timeframe will not be accepted.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for replacement or refund.
