No Refund / No Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on :

Custom or personalized items. Sale or clearance items.


Exception – Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide clear photographic proof of the damage, including the packaging if applicable.

Claims submitted without proof or outside of the stated timeframe will not be accepted.

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
